Please add if you plan for your event to last past 12:00AM. $150 each additional hour after 12AM.

Late Hour Fee

Upon signing The Gathering Place Rental contract, LESSEE will pay the RESERVE and Cleaning Retainer, to secure date in the amount of $150. This amount is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by LESSEE.

Reserve/Cleaning Retainer-Non-Refundable

This add on is for events with more than 100 guest.

Please add if you will need additional hours for your event. $100 each additional hour.

Additional Rental Hours

This booking is for 6 hours, for up to 100 people. *Guest over 100 MUST add security to cart. *Retainer MUST be added to cart when booking. (Maximum guest 200 for an additional $200)
